This new year brings new hope. 🤞🏽

Hope of a vaccine for everyone. 💉

Hope of children returning to classrooms. 🏫

Hope of competent, compassionate leadership. 🏛

Hope of hugging loved ones again. 👩🏼‍🤝‍🧑🏾

But there’s still a lot of fixing to do.

Pandemic. Racism. Climate. Refugees. Environment. Speciesism. Hunger.

Like you, I’m doing as much as I can. I learn, take action, speak out, send money.

But there’s one more action we can all take: love. 💗

I don’t mean the phony baloney kumbaya love.

I’m talking about love as a verb. About not just feeling love but doing acts of love.

As a coach who cares about individuals as much as I do the collective, I know it begins with loving ourselves. We can’t give away what we don’t have.

Together let’s pour that love into our families, communities, and the larger world. 🌎

I’m identifying my 2021 causes and organizations I’ll be involved with, not just through financial contributions, but with my time and expertise. 🙋🏽‍♀️
